Barack Obama Could Be Our 6th Black President

Barack Obama is making history. Only 5 times before has an African American person, one with at least 5% African based blood, according to Dr. Leroy Vaughn, M.D., MBA, Historian in his book BLACK PEOPLE AND THEIR PLACE IN WORLD HISTORY.

Barack Obama seems to have all the qualities of earlier Black presidents. In this time of great constructive change, I see no better candidate than Senator Barack Obama.

Five Black United States Presidents





A great man asked 'if we had Black Presidents, given the times, they would have been killed.' Check out what happened to these guys.

1. Thomas Jefferson's wealth died before he did. At his death he was living with a Black Woman, as the father of their Black Children. Wasn’t he the one who insisted on the phrase "All Men Are Created Equal"? What did those words betray? Why would a White slave owner push that theory at that time?

2. Andrew Jackson was the first president to have an attempt on his life

3. Abraham Lincoln was killed in office. For almost a week while he was president, hundreds of Black people were targeted and killed on the streets of New York in response to his draft policy. The White rioters even killed a Black child when burning down the Colored Orphan Asylum. Dr. Vaughn writes "Lincoln's presidential opponents made cartoon drawings depicting him as a Negro and nicknamed him "Abraham Africanus the First."

4. Warren Harding died under unclear circumstances that could have included murder. The year he was elected, the Negro Wall Street riots happened where hundreds of Black folks were brutally killed in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rosewood, Florida’s Black community was also the target of rage killings. The official site of the riots is now a $3 million beautiful park and building called the Greenwood Educational and Cultural Center, Inc. Looking like ghosts from the past, hundreds of junkies surround the area.

5. Calvin Coolidge - though he was president during the prosperous roaring 20's, never received much credit for his work and within a year after he left office the country fell apart with the stock market crash. According to Groiler "The number and variety of Coolidge's accomplishments as president were substantial. Unhappily, wiser ones were needed to meet the growing problems of the time. His major achievements--tax and debt reduction and the Kellogg-Briand Pact renouncing war--were soon made mockeries by the events of the 1930's, and his lesser accomplishments were largely forgotten with time's passage." Reads like PhD level historians have decided to kill his reputation. He was good while he was there but nine months after he left things fell apart so he wasn't that good. Nine months can unravel a lot of things. The Roaring 20's were among the best times this country ever experienced.

Was that what was suppose to happen to former Presidents of the United States?

The New, Black American, Nigerian Chief and His Beautiful Wife Demetria
Los Angeles' Dr. Leroy Vaughn, MD, MBA, Author & Historian during his annual medical mission to Africa, was honored with the title of Chief for his dynamic healing work in Nigeria.

Dr. Vaughn of the Eye Care for Diabetics Medical Group Inc., 323 N Prairie, Suite 217, Inglewood, CA, a surgeon of eye diseases, cataract and laser, recently returned from Africa, where he treated thousands. As a member of the ASA-USA Medical Mission team, the group went to Abuja, Nigeria.

During his work there, Dr. Vaughn was honored with the title of Chief for his healing work for thousands of Nigerian citizens. The team carried medications and 33 boxes of medications and supplies were ordered from Europe. Customs held the boxes requesting duties of about $2,000. Gov. Peter Obi interceded and the medications were released so the team could use them for the people of Africa.

The General Hospital Awka, was the first site for the team to work. The local student and nurse volunteers assisted under the supervision of the USA trained nurses and pharmacists.
Along with Dr. Vaughn, Dr. Nnaemaka Udo, a general surgeon, and other medical providers performed free services which included cataract surgery, glaucoma and other related diseases to thousands of people at Awka.

In Enugwu-Ukwu, the team found another crowd from the Njikoka area. The Enugwu-Ukwu General Hospital had a newly improved and equipped surgical theater, which turned out to be the best. The power generator provided light and there was running water. Last year, when the medical team was there none of these were available and surgery was done by flashlight.

The team also met crowds in Onitsha, many coming from surrounding towns. The same in Nnewi, where Dr. Vaughn had to scramble and fight for space to perform surgery.

In Ekwulobia, the facilities were different from last year. Thousands came and were given free medical treatments. Dr. Vaughn was not comfortable performing surgeries there due to the broken table that was being supported on the ground. Instead, he evaluated and treated hundreds of people with eye problems, and the ones needing glasses to see, received them. Thousands received medications that were prepared by the nurses and pharmacists in bags for distributions.

As the team prepared to leave Ekwulobia, Dr. Vaughn received an invitation from Igwe Mbaukwu to come to his palace. He was conferred a chieftaincy title of Omeluora in the presence of the cabinet members, the medical team and his beautiful wife, Demetria.

The medical mission continued in Ozubulu. Again, thousands received medical treatment and medications. The team ended their mission in Anambra State, treating thousands and giving them medications. Chief George O. Ilouno (Olili) was the chair and coordinator of the team.

The Five Black Presidents of The United States Of America

Thomas Jefferson

Abraham Lincoln

Warren Harding

Calvin Coolidge

Joel A. Rogers and Dr. Auset Bakhufu have both written books documenting that at least five former presidents of the United States had Black people among their ancestors. If one considers the fact that European men far outnumbered European women during the founding of this country, and that the rape and impregnation of an African female slave was not considered a crime, it is even more surprising that these two authors could not document Black ancestors among an ever larger number of former presidents. The president’s names include Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, Warren Harding, and Calvin Coolidge.

The best case for Black ancestry is against Warren G. Harding, our 29th president from 1921 until 1923. Harding himself never denied his ancestry. When Republican leaders called on Harding to deny the "Negro" history, he said, "How should I know whether or not one of my ancestors might have jumped the fence." William Chancellor, a White professor of economics and politics at Wooster College in Ohio, wrote a book on the Harding family genealogy and identified Black ancestors among both parents of President Harding. Justice Department agents allegedly bought and destroyed all copies of this book. Chancellor also said that Harding's only academic credentials included education at Iberia College, which was founded in order to educate fugitive slaves.

Andrew Jackson was our 7th president from 1829 to 1837. The Virginia Magazine of History Volume 29 says that Jackson was the son of a White woman from Ireland who had intermarried with a Negro. The magazine also said that his eldest brother had been sold as a slave in Carolina. Joel Rogers says that Andrew Jackson Sr. died long before President Andrew Jackson Jr. was born. He says the president's mother then went to live on the Crawford farm where there were Negro slaves and that one of these men was Andrew Jr's father. Another account of the "brother sold into slavery” story can be found in David Coyle's book entitled "Ordeal of the Presidency" (1960).

Thomas Jefferson was our 3rd president from 1801 to 1809. The chief attack on Jefferson was in a book written by Thomas Hazard in 1867 called "The Johnny Cake Papers." Hazard interviewed Paris Gardiner, who said he was present during the 1796 presidential campaign, when one speaker states that Thomas Jefferson was “a mean-spirited son of a half-breed Indian squaw and a Virginia mulatto father.” In his book entitled "The Slave Children of Thomas Jefferson," Samuel Sloan wrote that Jefferson destroyed all of the papers, portraits, and personal effects of his mother, Jane Randolph Jefferson, when she died on March 31, 1776. He even wrote letters to every person who had ever received a letter from his mother, asking them to return that letter. Sloan says, "There is something strange and even psychopathic about the lengths to which Thomas Jefferson went to destroy all remembrances of his mother, while saving over 18,000 copies of his own letters and other documents for posterity." One must ask, "What is it he was trying to hide?"

Abraham Lincoln was our 16th president from 1861 to 1865. J. A. Rogers quotes Lincoln's mother, Nancy Hanks, as saying that Abraham Lincoln was the illegitimate son of an African man. William Herndon, Lincoln's law partner, said that Lincoln had very dark skin and coarse hair and that his mother was from an Ethiopian tribe. In Herndon's book entitled "The Hidden Lincoln" he says that Thomas Lincoln could not have been Abraham Lincoln's father because he was sterile from childhood mumps and was later castrated. Lincoln's presidential opponents made cartoon drawings depicting him as a Negro and nicknamed him “Abraham Africanus the First."

Calvin Coolidge was our 30th president, and he succeeded Warren Harding. He proudly admitted that his mother was dark because of mixed Indian ancestry. However, Dr. Bakhufu says that by 1800 the New England Indian was hardly any longer pure Indian, because they had mixed so often with Blacks. Calvin Coolidge's mother's maiden name was "Moor." In Europe the name "Moor" was given to all Black people just as the name Negro was used in America.
All of the presidents mentioned were able to pass for White and never acknowledged their Black ancestry. Millions of other children who were descendants of former slaves have also been able to pass for White. American society has had so much interracial mixing that books such as “The Bell Curve”, discussing IQ evaluations based solely on race, are totally unrealistic.

To The Reader

The book you are about to read was written in 18 days in a French maison d’arrêt. I assumed that I would immediately be extradited. I wanted to create something useful to leave behind.

I had no conception of the four-year battle that was ahead or the immense media attention to follow: umpteen TV specials; a four-hour, three-part TV movie that has now been released on video all over the world and that is sheer fantasy; six pages in Newsweek; six pages in Time; four magazine covers in England; thousands of newspaper and magazine articles in America, France, Holland, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Australia, Germany and Italy; innumerable TV and radio news reports – almost none of which (except in France) was based on fact or interaction with me.

I did not expect to have supporters among the highest levels of the French government. I did not imagine that President Clinton would telephone his French counterpart about me.

I could go on, for the list is long, but you get the point.

An unconstitutional law was passed to provide me with a trial that should never have taken place.

A civil suit, long past due date, was permitted to prevent my telling my story. $1,000,000,000 stands between me and many curious readers.

My life was not permitted in the courtroom. My past was trashed.

My wife, Annika, was prevented from testifying by threat of arrest.

Judge Mazzola permitted the entrance into evidence of much testimony that the law normally does not permit. Pretrial, he would not allow my lawyers to talk about the diaries that were taken from my apartment and then turned over to a journalist who plagiarized my work for his own gain, blackening my name, poisoning the public against me, thus making any fair trial impossible. There is no similar, blatant criminal behavior to be found in American case law.

At the conclusion of the trial, Judge Mazzola berated me for mentioning psychotronics, which word he stated was not in his dictionary, therefore did not exist. He somehow missed the over 4,000 hits the word receives when you Google it: you will find an article on me and psychotronics in the number two position and two other articles in the top 20. The first International Psychotronics Conference was held in Prague in 1975.

Judge Mazzola’s statement to me is indicative of the bias with which he conducted the entire trial.

The D.A. has conveniently lost the clothing Holly Maddux was wearing when her body was found in my apartment; they had no blood on them. Neither was any blood found in my apartment. In fact, there is no blood evidence in the case, whatsoever.

I did NOT kill Holly Maddux.

I left Philadelphia in January 1981, perhaps wrongly, out of deep disgust at the tactics of Assistant D.A. Barbara Christie who withheld exculpatory evidence due us during the discovery period. Ms. Christie blew down the pages of a private investigator’s report, doing away with the pagination and thus allowing her to remove the exculpatory evidence, some of which was withheld until 2002.

Five people, including two detectives, saw Holly alive, six months after her supposed death.
A judge is bound by statute to file a Superior Court appeal brief “forthwith.” Judge Mazzola took 28 months and had been in contempt of two court orders for many months when he finally did so.

By then my lawyers had abrogated all responsibility. They are beholden to the court that appointed them, not to me, for their bread and butter. Bill Cannon simply went silent. Mitch Strutin sent my letters back, unopened. In response to their uncooperativeness, I felt it was necessary to file four motions with the court on my own behalf (pro se).

When the Judge finally filed his brief, the court ordered my lawyers to file my appeal within 30 days. When the appeal was already a month overdue, a lawyer friend emailed Mitch Strutin about his failure to respond. Mitch then hurriedly filed for a continuance.

And yet, my case is the biggest these two lawyers will ever have. It is the most publicized case in Pennsylvania history. The law passed just for me is called “the Einhorn law” even in law books. It is not a case one easily forgets.

What is wrong with these men?

I have now done extensive research on the case. I have a right to comment on the brief before it is filed. But Bill Cannon is silent, and Mitch Strutin says he will not share a draft with me. It is my future that is at stake, and both of these men are operating unethically and in violation of their own professional canon of ethics.

Sadly, this is a situation that I have seen in every aspect of American life since my forced return to the United States in July 2001. The buck stops nowhere.

Fortunately there are people of heart, compassion and concern left in the U.S. Jim Sorrells is one of them. He has struggled to get me a lawyer. Now he is attempting to get my books into the public domain through editing, annotating, and marketing my manuscript, Prelude to Intimacy. You are reading this as a result of his efforts.
